What started as a trading agreement between like minded partners has turned into an attempt to create a Federal European Empire embracing widely differing cultures; it’s all going to end in tears!
All previous empires have fallen apart,
So will the EU, it’s just when will it start?
Power hungry bureaucrats, determined to rule
Over an apathetic people, a collective gullible fool.
Bringing such differing cultures together,
Then instructing them to live as birds of a feather;
The real truth of the matter in history books lurks,
Forcing cultures together, it just never works.
It will all end in tears, and that is for certain,
So let’s stop the mess now, bring down the curtain;
The zealots in Brussels, that appointed elite,
Need to be taken right out of our driving seat.
